Account & Data Deletion
You can delete your account and request deletion of your personal data at any time. This page explains how, what is removed, and what we may retain. It applies to the Stand And Stretch website, our mobile applications published under Stand And Stretch App Dev, and our SMS text line ("Ping").
How to request deletion
- In an app with an account: open the app, go to Settings → Delete Account, and confirm. Your account and associated data are removed as described below.
- By email (works for any product): email lucas@standandstretch.com with the subject "Delete My Data" from the email or phone number associated with your account. We may ask you to verify your identity before we proceed.
- SMS text line: reply STOP to stop all texts. To also delete the record of your number and messages, email us as above and request SMS data deletion.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile and sign-in identifiers (for example, the email used for passwordless login).
- Data you created in the app and your in-app activity and preferences.
- Your phone number and message history for the SMS text line, on request.
For our ad-supported apps that do not use an account, there is no account to delete. Advertising data handled by the Google AdMob SDK is governed by Google; you can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings. See our Privacy Policy for details.
What we may retain
We may retain limited information where the law requires it or where we have a legitimate need, for example:
- Invoicing, payment, and tax records required for accounting and legal compliance.
- Records needed to resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, or enforce our agreements.
- Backups, which are purged on a rolling schedule.
Retained records are limited to what is necessary and are deleted when no longer required.
Timeline
We process verified deletion requests within 30 days. If anything will take longer (for example, records under a legal retention period), we will tell you what is kept and why.
