The short version: Ping is a text line for existing Stand And Stretch clients. Text us to get your own marketing performance report by email, or to send feedback and requests to our team. It is account servicing only. We do not send promotional or marketing texts. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

Who this is for

The Ping text line is offered to current Stand And Stretch clients under an active services agreement. It is not a public marketing list.

How you opt in

You opt in to receive text messages from Stand And Stretch in two ways: by agreeing to client communications in your signed services agreement at onboarding, and by texting our number directly. When you text (866) 617-1960, you consent to receive text replies from us related to your account, such as a confirmation that your report has been emailed, or a reply to your request.

What we send and how often

Messages are on demand. You receive a text only in response to a text you send us (for example, your menu options, a confirmation that your report is on the way, or an acknowledgment of your feedback). Frequency depends on how often you choose to text us.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Stand And Stretch does not charge for the text line.
