There is an easy way to run a marketing agency. You sign up for a stack of off-the-shelf software, you bolt it onto every client account, and you call it a platform. It works, sort of. It also means your clients’ data lives on someone else’s servers, your insights are whatever a generic dashboard decides to show you, and your service moves at the speed of tools that were never built for the way you actually work.

We took the harder road. We built our own.

Everything below is a product we designed, wrote, and run in-house here in Columbus, Georgia. None of it is rented. That is not a vanity project. It is the reason our work is sharper and our service is faster and more accountable than it would be if we were stitching together the same apps everyone else uses. Each tool plays one specific role, and together they make our newly built AI intelligence model genuinely better at helping your business grow.

Stretch: the thinking behind everything

Stretch is the platform. It is the AI intelligence model that connects every signal in your account, your traffic, your rankings, your ad performance, your goals, your past conversations, and the work we have already done, into one living profile of your business.

Most tools reset every time you log in. Stretch remembers. It cross-references your data against your context and comes back with specific recommendations, not a wall of numbers you have to decode. The analysis runs at scale, and a human strategist makes the final call on every move. That is the whole philosophy in one line. AI finds the signal. A person leads the action. It is also why month twelve with us is sharper than month one. The system keeps learning your business, and every tool below feeds it.

Trace: we know why visitors leave, not just that they did

Most analytics count your visits. Trace explains them. It watches how real people use your site, where they click, where they hesitate, the form field where they quit, the message that sat too far down the page to be seen. It also pulls apart the channel that sent them, separating Google from ads from social from email, and catching the newest source almost nobody measures yet: people who found you because an AI answer cited you.

For you, that means we are not guessing at what to fix. When we recommend a change, it is based on what your visitors actually did, read by the same intelligence model that runs the rest of your marketing. Your data stays under our roof, and it is never for sale.

Point: stop describing website changes, just point at them

Website feedback usually means a long email and a screenshot with an arrow, and two days later the wrong button gets changed. Point removes all of that. You click the exact spot on your site, type the change in plain words, and it lands with us pinned to that precise place on the page. No logins, no apps, no screenshots.

This makes our service faster and far more accountable. Every note carries a status, so nothing slips through the cracks of an inbox, and we build exactly what you meant the first time. You point. We build. You spend less time describing and we spend less time confirming, which means your changes happen sooner and closer to what you pictured.

Ping: your marketing is one text away

You should not have to wait for a scheduled call to find out how things are going. Ping is our assistant that lives in your texts, and there is a name on the other end: Stretch. Send a message and your latest performance report is emailed to you in seconds, or just say what you need in plain words and Stretch reads it, gets you your numbers, or hands the request straight to Lucas and the team.

It recognizes you if you are a client, it pulls real numbers and never a made-up one, and when something needs a human it says so. Ping is live now, opt-in only, and you can stop any time. It is customer service that fits in your pocket.

Relay turns any long, messy link into a clean short link and a QR code in one click, free, with no account to create. It is genuinely useful on its own, and we built it on the same engine that powers our campaign links.

The point for your business is what sits underneath. Every link we run for a campaign routes through Relay, which means we see, in our own data and in real time, exactly which channel drove the click. Facebook, Instagram, email, or an AI answer. Paired with Trace, one tells us which channel sent someone and the other tells us what they did once they arrived. That is a tighter feedback loop than any rented shortener would give us, and it makes every next campaign smarter. A paid tier with a full click-tracking dashboard is on the way.

Poster, and what is coming next

We are not done. Poster is our organic publishing tool, the draft, approve, and publish workflow for Facebook and Instagram that keeps social consistent without anything ever going live until a human says yes. It runs on our own accounts today, with a careful client rollout ahead.

And Route is coming. It is the layer that lets us describe a whole campaign in plain English and have the system stage it across channels, with every piece still waiting on approval before it publishes. It is in design now, built on the same approval-first principle that governs everything we ship. When a tool is ready, it goes live. We would rather tell you it is coming than pretend it already is.

What this means for working with us

You do not have to learn any of this. You will not log into a dashboard or manage a single account. These tools come built into how we partner with you, and they quietly do their jobs in the background.

What you feel is the result. Recommendations grounded in what your visitors actually did. Feedback that takes one click instead of a long email. Your numbers a text away. Campaigns that get smarter every time we run one. We built our own tools because renting generic ones would have left us guessing, and we would rather know. Stretch is the thinking. The rest is how we tell, listen, and act on it.

If you want any of it pointed at your business, that is a short conversation. You can start one any time at standandstretch.ai.
